Instead of just supplying local customers Refit My Home have moved to provide an online service where customers are able to purchase everything in one place, but still enjoy the help and support of a small local business.

What problem(s) did the client have?

The client had a website which was very low on features and also attracted very few visitors. Therefore, it achieved very few sales compared to the potential they could achieve in their marketplace.

What actions were taken to solve the problem(s)?

Keyword research was vital to achieve a successful website marketing campaign, especially in a marketplace which contains household names with a large retail presence.

The website was designed to include features which made the products and services easy to find and use by its website visitors. For example, a Quick View was incorporated into the design, which enables customers visiting’s website to see product details from a list view and order samples quickly and easily.

Customers are also helped to find products by the use of a refined search facility, which enables them to filter the products in a category by their requirements, such as by dimensions and pricing. This helps the customer to find a suitable product easier and more quickly, making the overall experience more enjoyable, encouraging referrals and repeat visits.

What were the results? now pride themselves on being highly contactable, whether by phone, email or online chat, as well as having the ability to source the products their customers require.

As a result of proactive website marketing their monthly visits have climbed from approximately 500 per month to roughly 5,000 plus per month. Significantly their natural search traffic is up 434% owing to effective and successful website marketing.

The increased visits have contributed to an increase in revenue, up a staggering 795%. Say...

GalxC Limited is a leader in the delivery of integrated solutions for cooling systems. They are especially known for supplying and installing Chillers.

Being in a highly competitive industry, GalxC needed a website which placed them ahead of their rivals and was highly visible.

The website also needed to gain clients as well as provide technical information for engineers and busy facility managers.

Tanner & Tilley

Keeping their website on brand was very important to Tanner & Tilley, so their website brief included the need to incorporate their corporate colour (green) and their logo prominently.

Retaining their corporate green on every page would have made it difficult for website visitors to navigate around the site, so the design retained the brand whilst using colours to make navigation easier.
