Step 1:
Uncovery Meeting
By taking the time to really understand your business, its challenges and customers, as well as your marketing objectives we are able to address the fears of your potential clients so more website visitors convert into customers, increasing your revenue.
Step 2:
Keyword Research
We take the information gathered from the Uncovery session to carry out a bespoke keyword research for your organisation. This identifies how many people are searching for the services or products you supply and the terms they use.
Step 3:
Site Plan
After analysing results from the first two stages and discussing them with you, we create your site plan. This determines how many pages are needed, to give you a successful website, which delivers tangible results.
Step 4:
Technical Specification
To ensure we’re both on the same page we produce a detailed document which specifies how each feature of the website will work. This way there are no nasty surprises just before we launch your new online business.
Step 5:
Copy Writing
The most powerful part of your website for converting visitors to customers is the textual content of your site. At this stage the copy writing can begin, either by the client or us.
Step 6:
Wireframe Sketches
Laying out your new website as a wireframe enables you to look at the functionality of how the site will work before any design details have been added. This puts the focus on the user experience.
Step 7:
A fully responsive and interactive version of the wireframes shows your new site really taking shape. No images or colours are added yet, this step allows you to see how the elements of the site will be laid-out on your phone, tablet, laptop or HD TV.
Step 8:
Asset Sheet and Designs
Attention to detail at this stage, such as adding the right colour and images, makes the website look good and more importantly it helps persuade website visitors to complete the purpose of their visit; sending an enquiry or purchasing online.
Step 9:
At this stage, everything is pulled together. Our coders take your approved designs, and work to make your site interactive, bringing it to life.
Step 10:
Add Content
The content (text, images, videos etc..) is then formatted accordingly to your website - adding colour to draw in your customers and get you the sales you’re after.
Step 11:
Your content is optimised (both on-page and behind the scenes) to ensure that search engines will rank your website for the terms you have chosen. As a result, your site will receive more customers and increase the chance of purchases/enquiries.
Step 12:
Rigorous testing of the websites functionality, appearance and responsive nature is carried out by the team to ensure that all visitors to your website have an enjoyable experience, even in Internet Explorer 7!
Step 13:
Design Review
Our design team will check through the finished website to ensure it matches the approved designs accurately and iron-out and rough edges.
Step 14:
Client Training
After your website is up and running we like to give you control of your site. To do this effectively, we train your nominated staff so that they can make changes without needing us, although we are here if needed.
Step 15:
Launch Site
The last and most satisfying step is setting your website live. However, we are here to monitor, analyse, market and refine your website as your marketplace changes and your site evolves.

...it’s like I have a new team focused on getting results for my business!

Tanner & Tilley

Keeping their website on brand was very important to Tanner & Tilley, so their website brief included the need to incorporate their corporate colour (green) and their logo prominently.

Retaining their corporate green on every page would have made it difficult for website visitors to navigate around the site, so the design retained the brand whilst using colours to make navigation easier.
